Marc acts for individuals and organisations. This has included both employment and commercial related disputes in the employment tribunal, county court and High Court, which has ranged from, amongst other things, TUPE and boardroom disputes to restrictive covenants and non-employment discrimination. He also provides advice on employment data protection issues.

He is sought out by individuals.  He provides board-level advice to companies. He advises legal counsel and HR directors of multi-national companies. He is a trusted adviser to household names and SMEs.

Marc has acted as solicitor/advocate in employment tribunals, the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the Court of Appeal. Some of these cases have been reported in the legal journals and the media.

He is the only solicitor who provides free representation to appellants as part of the Employment Law Appeal Advice Scheme (ELAAS) at the Employment Appeal Tribunal in England.

Marc is a qualified workplace mediator.
