I qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and have worked solely in the employment law field since 2005. Before joining Excello Law, I was a partner at a niche employment law firm based in Stamford for five years and with another Legal 500 firm before that. I remain a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
I have extensive employment law experience and expertise having acted for both employers and employees. I have acted for a wide range of clients with a variety of employment law issues. I have a proven track record in negotiations and settlements as well as achieving my clients' objectives. I have successfully delivered training to clients and conducted my own advocacy in the Employment Tribunal.
I regularly blog on employment law news which is then featured in the news section on my website as well as the publications area. I have also written or contributed to many articles on both employment law and practice management/business issues. These include articles for both local newspapers/magazines and national papers. I have written or contributed to over 15 articles in the last three years. I have also given an interview on BBC local radio.
I have published a book called Employment Law issues for 21st Century businesses which is available on Amazon. I also sit as a part-time Employment Judge.
I have been ranked in the Legal 500 as a Leading Individual since 2023 and prior to that a recommended lawyer. The firm is ranked as a leading firm.
