Kathleen is a partner in Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP. She advises on all aspects of employment law, with a particular focus on the employment, benefits and industrial relations aspects of cross-border acquisitions, disposals and restructurings. She also has a busy advisory and contentious practice, including in particular advising on corporate governance matters and on the protection of confidential information and enforcement of restrictive covenants in the employment and partnership context.
