I'm an experienced employment law Solicitor. I help clients find practical solutions to their HR/employment law problems, so issues are dealt with promptly and in a manner that protects their interests.
I give clients practical advice by explaining their options to allow them to make informed decisions. Once the tactics are agreed, I then support my clients to achieve the desired outcome; often exceeding their expectations.
I mainly advise businesses of all sizes (including local authorities) on all aspects of employment law, including; disciplinary procedures, redundancies, absences, maternity rights, unfair dismissal, TUPE, discrimination, contracts of employment, Employment Tribunal representation etc.
I am also able to act as a business’ Outsourced HR Director. In this role I seek to ensure the staff are working to and aligned with the business’ overall strategy. This means that difficult issues, such as; low productivity, poor performance, low morale and excessive absence are all addressed; making the business as successful (and profitable) as possible.
I also help numerous individuals who are facing employment difficulties by advising them of their rights and negotiating settlement agreements.
