Rima has extensive experience of advising businesses and senior executives on a wide range of employment law matters including complex severance packages, restructurings, bonus disputes, suspension and disciplinary issues, grievances and breaches of fiduciary duties. Rima has a particular interest and specialism in disputes involving team moves and restrictive covenants having advised on a number of cases over the years including one of the leading cases in this area (Tullett Prebon Plc & Ors v BGC Brokers LP & Ors (2010) EWHC 484 (QB), (2011) EWCA Civ 131).
