I have experience in acting for both employers and employees. I am instructed to advise on an array of employment issues, including:
employment contracts;
unfair dismissal/constructive dismissal;
settlement agreements;
tribunal claims, including representation at hearings
disciplinary and grievance issues;
poor performance/absence management strategy;

whistleblowing;
redundancies and restructuring;

I have experience in dealing with Employment Tribunal claims and undertaking advocacy at all stages of a claim.
I also have significant experience in providing training to clients at their offices.

I also work alongside schools and academies, advising as to their legal duties and obligations with a variety of complex procedures surrounding admissions, exclusions and special educational needs.
