In private practice as a commercial litigator Nicola represents claimants and respondents in employment disputes, particularly in relation to restrictive covenant breaches and executive departures, She regularly acts for clients in injunctions, in relation to allegations of breaches of fiduciary and director duties, advising on settlement agreements, and in cases featuring conduct investigations.
In self-employed practice prior to this, Nicola acted for Claimants in a broad range of employment tribunal cases, including unfair dismissal and discrimination.
