Laura McLellans' work is heavily litigation based, defending many of the department’s larger clients, including a large supermarket chain, in unfair dismissal and discrimination claims. Laura deals with all aspects of tribunal claims, from drafting the defence to conducting the advocacy at tribunal. She also has experience in advising clients on a variety of ad hoc queries and negotiating compromise agreements and settlements.
