I have gained nearly 15 years of varied and in-depth experience having worked within employment, commercial and litigation teams.
Since I qualified in 2008, I have worked in both the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates, having spent 7 years living in Dubai.
My clients have included financial institutions, multinationals, local companies and organisations in addition to well-known household names, other law firms and government held entities.
I studied in Birmingham and completed my LPC at the Inns of Court School of Law, London.
I provide professional and pragmatic advice on a broad range of employment services for both individuals and companies.
I assist on issues such as redundancies, TUPE and managing disciplinary and grievance processes.
I help secure favourable exit packages for senior employees as well advising and preparing settlement agreements.
I also advise on contentious matters and managing proceedings within the Employment Tribunal for unfair dismissal, discrimination and breach of contract claims.
