Fiona Morgan

I am an employment law specialist with over 17 years’ experience. Prior to joining Arbor Law, I was a partner at Kennedys, where I was UK Co-Head of Employment and worked with major international insurance and transport sector clients. I also consulted at Taylor Wessing, where I advised life sciences, retail, technology, financial institution and capital investment clients.

I provide daily support to clients in relation to a diverse range of employment matters, including TUPE transfers, reorganizations and redundancies (including collective redundancies), exits and settlement agreements, disciplinary and grievance issues, confidentiality and restrictive covenant disputes, whistleblowing, poor performance and ill health, equal opportunities, and family friendly rights.

I also provide strategic support on long-term projects and corporate transactions. I draft and negotiate employment contracts, policies and procedures, and settlement agreements. I also conduct employment litigation before the employment tribunals and civil courts, and provide training to clients on employment law issues.
