The ELA Race Equality Committee is pleased to invite you to join its first in-person event taking place at 6pm on 11 April 2024 at Withers LLP, 20 Old Bailey, London, EC4M 7AN.

The event will bring together four employment specialists to discuss their experiences as employment practitioners, from early in their careers to their current leadership positions as well as their reflections on, and experiences of, allyship and mentorship.

The seminar will be Chaired by: Paul McFarlane, Chair of ELA, with panel speakers: Arpita Dutt (Workplace Independent Investigator and Mediator) ; Elaine Banton (Barrister, 7BR); Regional Employment Judge Burgher and David Stephenson (Barrister and Head of Employment at Doughty Street Chambers).

Refreshments will be provided. This is an ELA member only event and is free of charge.
