- Pre issue - forming the group action. Who should be in/out?
- Issuing group claims in the ET. Issues arising from the fact that the system isn't set up for large group claims.
- Pathway to the hearing - identifying an appropriate structure (lead/beacon Claimants, preliminary issues, etc).
- The particular problem of group claims and injury to feelings.
- Risk of conflict between the group.
- Remedies: Claims that look like happy group claims can come apart a bit at remedy stage because it is rare that there is a group remedy.
