I regularly deals with cases of unfair dismissal and cases involving diversity and discrimination. I have advised clients who have faced discrimination on the basis of sex, race, disability, age and sexual orientation.
I have been a trade union official and now am the owner of a medium sized business.
I have a regulatory law practice including representing nurses at the Nursing & Midwifery Council and solicitors before the Solicitors Regulatory Authority and the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal. I was a member a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales Audit Registration Committee for 8 years. I am the Law Society Council member for South London and have been the Chair of the Membership Board of the Society and am presently a member of the Regulatory Affairs Board.
I am also an accredited mediator.
