About Jade

Jade is a Senior Associate Solicitor with more than ten years experience in advising and representing clients in contentious and non-contentious employment matters, employee relations law and practice. Jade provides employment law advice and assistance to clients engaged in corporate transactions including; mergers and acquisitions, share purchase agreements and corporate restructuring. She negotiates high value complex termination agreements, drafts employment policies, procedures and contracts of employment; and regularly provides training to HR Managers, business owners and line managers.


Expertise

Jade has particular expertise in conducting Employment Tribunal cases from commencement to the final hearing. Jade assists clients to defend Employment Tribunal claims, ranging from unfair dismissal to high value, complex discrimination, breach of contract, and victimisation claims. An impressive public speaker, Jade is regularly invited to speak at employment law seminars and conferences and has been the plenary speaker at The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals Annual General Conference and Exhibition for the past three years.

Jade has represented individual and corporate clients in over one hundred unfair dismissal and discrimination tribunal cases in the past eight years.
