As a key member of Just Employment Law's legal team, Lauren has a keen interest in dispute resolution, helping employers to deal effectively with internal employee disputes in order to mitigate the risk of costly and time-consuming litigation, with a particular focus on discrimination. Where disputes cannot be resolved without escalation, she is available to her clients to defend their interests in litigation utilising her experience of exclusively representing employers throughout her legal career.

Lauren has an extensive and varied portfolio of business clients and also represents a number of major charities and sporting institutions.

She is an expert negotiator and guards her clients’ interests with professionalism and tenacity. She conducts judicial mediation and negotiates with claimants’ lawyers and ACAS when required in order to secure the best outcome for her clients.

Lauren is always in tune with her clients’ need for solution-based advice, translating often complex law into jargon-free, practical support. This is also evident in the training that she delivers for her clients – both via webinar sessions and in-person, helping to develop her clients’ knowledge and experience of key employment law topics and helping them to navigate through HR and people management issues with confidence.

In addition to her primary role within Just Employment Law’s legal team as a practising solicitor representing her clients, Lauren also delivers in-house briefing sessions to our team and advises the Board on new product testing and development as well as assisting with the firm’s editorial content.
