I trained at a leading East Anglian practice, qualified as a Solicitor in 2003 and joined Gotelee Solicitors in 2005. I am a Partner (non-member) and Head of the Employment Department. In 2023 I was recognised by the Legal 500 directory as a Leading Individual.

Ever since I qualified as a Solicitor, I have specialised in employment law. I help employers and individuals on any employment law issues. At Gotelee Solicitors we pride ourselves on taking a proactive rather than a reactive approach, so I work with employers helping them to avoid problems from arising by ensuring that the right procedures are followed and by providing appropriate training for managers. Where problems do arise, I can advise you on the best course of action to limit the exposure to your business.

With individuals, I will help you make the best tactical decisions, to protect your position and to resolve your employment difficulties in the best way possible for you.

I provide a high quality and cost efficient service. I take the time to understand my clients’ needs and protect their best interests to achieve the best outcome possible for them. Employer clients appreciate how I understand their business and provide realistic, practical and commercial advice. I respond quickly and make sure that any problem that you face is dealt with in a practical way. I am a good listener and provide support to clients through what are often stressful times.

I build strong relationships of trust with my clients and many have come back to me for advice time and time again. I aim to explain complex issues in simple layman’s terms. Clients tell me that my advice is clear, easy to understand and to the point.

I present at seminars and workshops for local businesses and at other events throughout the year.
