I have specialised in employment law for over 17 years and also advised on business immigration issues for over 7 years. My current role is Managing Practice Development Lawyer for the People, Reward and Mobility team. I'm responsible for managing content projects and knowledge initiatives. This means:
- overseeing the creation of a central precedent bank for the department,
- chairing fortnightly team know how meetings,
- overseeing a rolling training programme for fee earners,
- project managing our client seminars,
- supporting fee earners with bespoke client training, and
- developing innovation initiatives to maintain and improve our service to clients.
