I qualified as a Solicitor in September 2001 and joined Analysis Legal LLP as a Senior Consultant Employment Lawyer on 1 May 2017. I provide advice to employers and employees on a wide range of employment issues. I am experienced in advising employers across different sectors including manufacturing, engineering, retail, media, public sector (including numerous higher education establishments and housing associations), equity providers and utilities.

I aim to provide clients with practical commercial solutions to human resources issues. This advice ranges from ad hoc advice on daily employment issues to management of ongoing restructuring projects and Employment Tribunal claims. I also provide pragmatic, accessible advice to individuals.

I advise on all aspects of employment law and in addition, I regularly run training courses on the whole spectrum of employment law issues. In recent months this has included first line manager training on employment law basics, TUPE, social media, data protection, modern slavery and the gender pay gap.
