I advise employers and individuals on complex employment issues including whistleblowing, discrimination, breach of contract, unfair dismissal, restrictive covenants and TUPE. I assist lawyers from other firms who are advising clients on property and corporate transactions involving TUPE.
I have a strong interest in mediation and am a trained mediator. I have conducted a number of employment and workplace mediations in the public and private sector, and represent clients in mediation. I also tutor and lecture on mediation at the University of Strathclyde.
