I am a Partner in Blackadder's Employment Law team. I have practiced in the field of employment law since 2006, providing advice to clients on a wide range of issues, acting for both employees and employers.

In addition to regularly appearing in the Employment Tribunal on behalf of clients, I provide advice on a wide range of employment law and HR topics, including disciplinary and grievance matters, settlement agreements, unfair dismissal, discrimination issues, the Working Time Regulations, TUPE, family friendly rights and contractual matters.

I design and present training courses on HR issues and have given seminars attended by members of the HR and business community.

I also provide advice to clients on business immigration issues arising under the UK's sponsorship system and advice on data protection issues.
