Qualified as a solicitor in 2001 at Bevan Brittain. Joined Thompsons Solicitors in 2003, heading up a specialist team of employment lawyers in the SW region before moving to Co-op Legal Services in 2007 as Head of Employment to launch a new employment team handling claims for employees nationwide.
