I am a partner at Clifton Ingram LLP based in Wokingham and Reading and a member of it's Legal 500 recommended employment department. I have over 25 years of experience advising upon employment law issues.
I act and advise both employers and employees upon issues concerning redundancy, unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, TUPE transfers, restrictive covenants, all forms of discrimination and settlement agreements. I also represent both employees and employers in employment tribunal claims.
For employers I draft contracts of employment, in house policies and settlement agreements and advise upon the employment law issues arising from the purchase or transfer of a business.
