Adam works with employers and employees to assist with a wide range of employment law issues. He takes a practical and tailored approach with a view to meeting each client's individual objectives. His experience includes acting for public and private sector employers, advising on both contentious and non-contentious issues. This includes defending Employment Tribunal claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination, breach of contract and breach of statutory duties. He also advises on key rights and obligations relating to workforce re-organisations, redundancies (collective and individual) and the transfer of employees from one employer to another (TUPE). Adam advises employees in relation to the employment law rights of individuals and has acted for clients in tribunal claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination, victimisation and detrimental treatment. Adam is also experienced in advising individuals in relation to their employment rights on the termination of employment. He also assists in the provision of on-site training for HR managers and advises employers in relation to contract and policy reviews to ensure that documents are compliant with the current law and best serve the key aims of the employer.
