Luke's main areas of work, mostly for respondents/employers, are Tribunal claims, dismissals, redundancy exercises, departures of senior executive/director/shareholders and day-to-day HR support. A seasoned ET advocate, Luke regularly conducts all advocacy for the firm's clients in the Employment Tribunals. Wide variety of employer clients, particularly in manufacturing, defence and automotive sectors, including household names and large industrial groups. Luke also advises a wide variety of individuals, mostly senior executives and professionals, on exits from employment.
