Gillian Patch is a specialist employment solicitor.
She has extensive experience advising employers and employees, conducting Employment Tribunal cases and delivering training in practical HR and topical employment law issues.
Gillian was formerly an HR and Legal Adviser at EEF (Engineering Employers’ Federation), providing advice to employers, from small businesses to blue chip companies.
Trained and qualified at regional firm, Davies and Partners, her experience also includes work in other areas of commercial law, in particular commercial dispute resolution, civil litigation and debt collection.
Prior to becoming a solicitor, Gillian ran a busy commercial department with responsibility for employed staff, freelancers and volunteers. She understands, from direct experience, the employer’s perspective and the need to focus on commercial solutions. She also holds an MBA with Distinction.

*Fixed fee arrangements will be based upon a scope of work set out in the member's engagement letter. (The scope may be limited and the eventual fee may be higher.)
