Having read law at Oxford, Susan qualified as a solicitor in 1991 and spent the next 18 years working as an employment lawyer in private practice, latterly as a partner at Nabarro. Since 2009, Susan has worked in house in HR and legal roles in a variety of sectors. She has also run her own employment law practice. Susan joined Hush as its Chief People & Legal Officer in April 2023.
