Managing Partner.
I specialise in employment and discrimination law. I advise both businesses and senior executives on all aspects of employment law - complex high value discrimination (all types), TUPE, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal and bonus dispute claims. I also draft handbooks, policies and procedures for my business clients and regularly advise on collective employment law issues. In addition, I have significant experience of litigating in the Employment Tribunal, EAT and the High Court.
Recent experience includes:
1. Negotiated a settlement in excess of £750,000 for a Director of a well known financial services company following complaints of disability discrimination. The claim settled shortly after a pre-hearing review;
2. Successfully defended a claim for unfair dismissal and breach of contract in the Employment Tribunal;
3. Settled a complex equal pay and maternity discrimination claim for £250,000 for a Vice President of an investment bank.
