Daniel Oudkerk QC specializes in employment and commercial law. Nominated for Employment Silk of the Year in 2012, Daniel is described in Chambers and Partners 2013 as a "really authoritative and punchy silk". Chambers and Partners notes he "gives commercial and straight-to-the-point advice" and"despite being aggressive in his mentality manages to combine it with very good people skills". Since taking silk in 2010 Daniel has become one of the few ‘go to’ silks for complex High Court employment litigation and high profile City tribunal claims. He acted for the successful Claimants in the landmark conspiracy and team poaching litigation Tullett Prebon v BGC [2011] IRLR 420 throughout the three years of litigation.
