Rupert Farr

Rupert is an employment lawyer advising both employers and employees on cases involving unfair dismissal, sexual discrimination, redundancy, TUPE, and restrictive covenants including applications for injunctive relief. Rupert is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association (“ELA”) and was a member of the ELA working party involved in the consultation process with the Government in relation to the introduction of fees in the Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeals Tribunal. Rupert also advises employees at all levels on settlement agreements with their employers.
