I was called to the Bar in 2004 and became a Solicitor in 2008. I have many years of representing in the Employment Tribunal. I have also represented in the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
My areas of interest are unfair dismissal and discrimination, particularly disability discrimination and pregnancy discrimination.
I have a number of published cases including Eaton v Spencer & Ors T/a Wiggles Experience [2011] UKEAT 0177_11_0710.
We operate a number of funding options for both employers and employees which makes representation affordable
I am also a qualified mediator in work place disputes.
