Elise is a Senior Associate in Morton Fraser's highly rated employment law team. Elise has been an Employment law specialist for 10 years, advising a wide variety of businesses in relation to the legal and practical aspects of both day-to-day and complex HR issues. She regularly advises on senior executive contracts and exits for both employer and employee clients, often drafting and negotiating settlement agreements in highly confidential or delicate circumstances.
Elise works closely with Morton Fraser's Corporate team, providing employment transactional support in mergers and acquisitions, as well as providing TUPE and outsourcing advice to commercial clients. She also manages the pursuit and defence of Employment Tribunal claims.
Elise provides pragmatic and meaningful advice, fine-tuned to align with client objectives while navigating legal risk and commercial sensitivities. She explains legal issues in a straightforward manner and is sensitive to the personal impact of work-related issues on her employee clients.
