I have specialised in employment law since 2005 with experience working on both contentious and non-contentious matters. I am currently with MacDonald Oates LLP as Partner and Head of the Employment department.
Experience
I have worked with a diverse client base including large corporate clients and senior employees, acquiring a wealth of experience across the different areas of employment law.
Experience includes:
• handling tribunal cases for both respondents and claimants
• attending the Employment Tribunal as an advocate, including multiple day hearings
• managing large corporate clients, with large volumes of cases ensuring compliance with client service level agreements
• advising on and drafting settlement agreements
• negotiating settlement of cases of varying size and nature
• advising clients on all areas of employment law, HR related issues and corporate issues such as TUPE
• advising on and drafting contracts, handbooks and policies
• delivering seminars and training

Fees
- Fixed fee for basic advice on terms and effect of a settlement agreement. (Fee starting from: 0.00 + VAT)
*Fixed fee arrangements will be based upon a scope of work set out in the member's engagement letter. (The scope may be limited and the eventual fee may be higher.)
