Carla is an Associate in the charity and social business team at Russell-Cooke solicitors. She regularly assists charities and social businesses dealing with day to day HR queries, charity reorganisations, disciplinary and grievance proceedings and employment tribunal claims.
Carla also advises charities on data protection matters and she has recently been assisting clients to prepare for the introduction of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) by delivering training, reviewing practices and procedures, updating policies and contracts, and giving strategic advice to charity trustees.

*Fixed fee arrangements will be based upon a scope of work set out in the member's engagement letter. (The scope may be limited and the eventual fee may be higher.)
