I have 20 years’ experience as a specialist employment lawyer. I was called to the Bar in 1998, representing clients before the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeals Tribunal, in the range of employment disputes. I then became a litigator and subsequently in house counsel for the UK Government, working on a number of complex individual employment cases as well as collective measures, such as TUPE transfers and downsizings of the workforce. I joined the United Nations in 2012 where I advised on Human Resources issues and represented the Secretary-General before the United Nations Dispute Tribunal.

In July 2014, I founded Temple Employment Law, part of The Legal Pod, to advise advise Tech companies and other medium sized businesses on employment issues. I am also an associate with Byrne Dean (investigations, advice, training and facilitation).

I have extensive experience as an accredited neighbourhood mediator and a healthy obsession with craft works!
