Mark Landon is an Employment Partner and the national head of client training at Weightmans LLP Solicitors, a top 50 national law firm with a large healthcare practice.
Prior to this, Mark led the in-house employment law team at Royal Mail Group plc, during which time he took a lead role in disability issues (including establishing reasonable adjustments both within the workplace and throughout the Post Office Network) as well as the management of sickness absence, performance and capability.
Mark provides guidance on a variety of disability issues to a diverse range of clients in both the public and private sectors, from Board level to front line operational managers and staff. Mark also lectures regularly on equality and disability issues to a variety of organisations, including the Royal Society for Public Health.
Mark is a former Trustee of the 'Changing Faces' national charity, an Honorary Fellow and a member of the Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine, a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
