Paul is a Partner at Weightmans LLP and has over 20 years experience advising on all aspects of employment law. Prior to working at Weightmans LLP he worked in-house, firstly for London Transport and then Royal Mail. He regularly writes in the national and HR press on employment law issues.
I am a partner at Weightmans LLP who acts mainly for employers (both in the public and prevent sector) on all aspects of employment law - individual and collective disputes, policy and procedure, training etc. I am also the chair of ELA’s Legislative & Policy Committee which comments on proposals made for employment law reform by government etc.
Away from employment law I am also a Board member of the Black Solicitors Network with responsibility for Careers and Development which involves him engaging with firms/organisations to try and promote better diversity and inclusion practices.
In what spare time he has left he is a husband and father of two children. He also is an avid runner – having run 5 marathons!
